WHAT IS HYPNOSIS?

Everyone, at one time or another, has experienced being in the state of hypnosis. Most of us experience some form of hypnosis several times every single day, although we may not recognize that our “day dream” or our relaxed state of concentration is hypnosis!

Hypnosis, simply put, is a change in our mental awareness in which our critical “conscious” mind becomes distracted. This allows our “subconscious” mind to become directly receptive to suggestions. These suggestions can change the stored patterns which cause our behavior and our physical responses. These are the changes that we find so difficult or even impossible to achieve in our ordinary state of consciousness.

THE ABILITY TO CHANGE

I recognize the benefits that you can obtain by releasing the power of the mind to bring about important changes. These changes can be for health improvement, increased motivation, personal improvement, and changing lifestyle patterns, releasing hidden personal potentials or helping an individual function more effectively in today’s high-powered, high-stress society.

I know, through my hypnotherapy practice and continuing advanced studies, that hypnosis provides the fastest, easiest and most effective method for releasing the human potential for change and improvement.

HYPNOSIS TODAY

The benefits of hypnosis are no longer disputed. Today, hypnosis history is joined to modern usage and practice, producing increasing acceptance in every part of personal, professional and business life.

Medical arts professionals, criminal justice system personnel, educators and therapists of all types have come to recognize the need to deal with the power of the human mind. Businesses of all sizes and types are turning to people trained and experienced in the art of hypnosis to make better use of the greatest untapped power in the world today – the human mind.
